The Automatic Payment service automatically deducts monthly payments securely and efficiently from your bank account. No more writing checks, buying stamps or missing your monthly payments. For a completely paperless experience, select the paperless billing option.
To enroll in Autopay, log in to the Allstream portal and visit the Billing Center.
Note: You must have added at least one payment account to your Accounts list to use Autopay. For information about adding a payment account, see Adding a Payment Account.
Use the Autopay toggle in the Accounts list to turn Autopay on and off for a selected payment account. Only one payment account may be set to Autopay at a time.
