One-time online payments are made using the Allstream Portal. For information about setting up Autopay, see Automatically Pay Your Bill.
Note: You must have added at least one payment account to your Accounts list to make a payment. For information about adding a payment account, see Adding a Payment Account.
To make a one-time payment:
- Log in to your Allstream account at my.allstream.com.
- From the MY ACCOUNT menu, select Billing Center.
- From the Accounts section of the page, locate the account you want to use to make a payment and click the corresponding Make a Payment link.
- Enter the amount and email recipient for payment confirmation and click CONTINUE.
- Click SUBMIT to make the payment.
