Checking Your Junk/Spam Email Filter

To access and review emails sent to you and placed in your junk email filter:

Using the Junk/Spam Filter
  1. Enter your full email account name and password.

Once logged in, you’ll see the Message Center. Email identified as spam is listed. You have the option to release it (and add it to the Safe list) or delete it with the “Select Action” button on the drop-down list.

Many of the functions of the Message Center can also be performed directly from within the weekly activity summary sent to your account.
