If you are a SIP Business Line customer, you can setup Call Forwarding on your phone from a remote location.        

1. Dial the Remote Access Call Forwarding number – 647-475-1456
2. Enter the origin phone number to be forwarded, followed by your 4-digit pin.
3. Press *72.
4. Enter the destination phone number to which calls should be forwarded.
5. To cancel Remote Access Call Forwarding, follow steps 2-4 and enter *73 instead of *72.
