Customer Service and Local Service Record Request Submissions

Allstream has a web-based interface to allow partners to request Customer Service Record (CSR) information or submit a Local Service Record (LSR) request. All CSR and LSR requests must be processed through this interface. Each partner is assigned an Administrator, and the Administrator is responsible for establishing user IDs, privileges, and passwords for their company. Administrators must request access by completing and submitting the following Trading Partner Profile Form.

Email the completed form to:  LECPortalAccessRequests@allstream.com

It is recommended that each partner assign two administrators for their company. Access is set up within 3 business days of receipt of the completed Trading Partner Profile Form. Administrator and Partner User Guides are provided along with the access information.
