The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) has established customer protections that all utilities in Washington State are asked to provide during the term of the statewide emergency declaration, in order to mitigate the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on utility customers. Allstream’s measures include: acting to prevent disconnection of services due to non-payment, waiving late payments and fees, payment plans, and other solutions to address specific customer needs.
