Due to FCC deregulation of certain services from third party providers, we may incur a cost increase on your service and will pass through the increase on your corresponding bill cycle.  The direct pass-through charge will be represented on your bill as a “Third Party Pass Through Charge.” More information on timing and the impact to your specific services can be found using the Look-Up Tool below.

Your next invoice may reflect a new or increased charge. This charge is a direct pass-through of a third-party cost increase we have incurred due to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) deregulation of certain services.

Receive notice of your impacted services by using the Third Party Pass Through Look-Up Tool below. Use the Search field and the Subscriber ID search filter, and enter your Master Account Number or Linked Account Number located at the top of your invoice. How will the charges be applied?

You will see a new charge called “Third Party Pass Through Charge” (or an increased amount if this charge already appears) on your bill.

Why is this additional charge required?

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has deregulated certain services. Our underlying provider has chosen to increase its rates. As a result, our cost to provide these services has increased. This charge is a pass-through of our increased costs.

How do I know which of my lines are impacted?

Please access the Third Party Pass Through Look-Up Tool above and insert your Master Account Number or Linked Account Number. 

If a rate change is not stated for my service, what should I do?

We recommend that you check back frequently. If applicable to your service, the rate increase pass-through dollar amount will be updated after rate increase information from our underlying provider becomes available.

When the third party rate increase pass-through amount is updated, when will the new rate take effect?

30 days after notice of the rate increase is posted on the website.
