Manual Carrier-to-Carrier Local Service Request Form
Integra has a Graphical User Interface(GUI) to allow partners to submit an LSR request. All LSR requests will need to be processed through the GUI. The Manual LSR form will be accepted on an individual case basis with advanced approval from the Port Out team.
