Portal Introduction

The Allstream Portal provides powerful, secure online account management that allows you to:

  • View detailed account information
  • Pay your monthly invoice or use Autopay
  • Open trouble tickets and view an outage map
  • Receive immediate status on trouble resolution
  • Receive billing notifications
  • View reports on your long distance calling, usage, and billing
  • Chat with an Allstream representative live and online and download user guides and quick start materials to help you make the most out of your portal experience

To access a full library of Allstream Portal user documentation, log in to your account at https://my.allstream.com/ and select User Guides from the SUPPORT menu.


Address Update, December 2019

As of December 20, 2019, the web site address for the Allstream Portal has changed from https://integracare.integratelecom.com to https://my.allstream.com.

In the coming weeks, we will be updating any references to the old URL in email notifications and bill messages, on Allstream websites, and so on.  In the meantime, customers navigating to the old URL will access a redirect that indicates the change in site addresses and directs them to the new address within a few seconds.

Be sure to update any bookmarks in your web browser with the new URL at https://my.allstream.com.

Coming Soon!

Customers currently using the 360 portal in English will soon be able to access all of their account, billing, and invoice information using the Allstream portal. A French version of the Allstream portal is also on the way… stay tuned for more updates!
