How to change the clock on your NEC PBX

NOTE: All phones must be in idle state to change clock settings. DO NOT PICK UP THE HANDSET.

Elite 48/192/IPK

From the main Attendant Phone (Usually ext 100 or 101)

  1. Press Feature (FNC) key
  2. Dial 9 #
  3. Enter hour and minute via dial pad
  4. Press recall to change AM/PM settings
  5. Press Feature (FNC) to save

IPK II

  1. Press Speaker
  2. Dial 728
  3. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM)
  4. Dial two digits for the minutes (00~59)
  5. Press Speaker to hang up

NEAX 2000 IVS/IVS2/IPS

  1. Press TRANSFER, CONF, *
  2. Press TRANSFER, CONF, #
    Display reads [CAT MODE       ]
  3. Press REDIAL
    Display reads [COMMAND=      ]
  4. Press 02, RECALL
    Display reads [02>      ]
  5. Press 2, RECALL
    Display reads [02>2:hh:mm:ss ] (current time)
  6. Enter time in 24 hour, min, sec. format – Example 1:55PM= 135500
  7. Press CONF to save
    Display(reads [OK       ]
    NOTE: If display reads [DATA ERROR ] the System is password protected. See PASSWORD ENTRY below
  8. Lift handset and hang up.

Password Entry

  1. Press REDIAL
    Display reads [COMMAND=         ]
  2. Press 03, RECALL
    Display reads [03>          ]
  3. Press 7, RECALL
    Display reads [03>7:         ]
  4. Enter the system password. (If you do not know the password, contact Integra)
  5. Press CONF to save
    Display reads [OK ]
  6. Return to step 3 above.

NEAX 2400 RDS/HDS/ICS/IMX/IPX

  1. Use ATIM command in MAT to set the correct time.
